I don't know if it's just me, but octodon's 2 factor authentication seems to be broken at the moment.

@foolia oh there's something very wrong going on with 2FA, I'll look into it
@CobaltVelvet I try to scan the QR code with my Authy app and it said QR cole was damaged, i tried disabling and enabling 2FA again and it's still the same
