cargo is simply the best package manager i've ever used
@CobaltVelvet cargo is amazing - although given how fast rust moves, it sucks if you just put `*` in your cargo file
@lizardsquid yeah now i put only major versions over 1.0.0 and minor versions under 1.0.0
