I've been loving my new job! It's great being paid to take care of cats/kittens and dogs/puppies ♥️ it's been keeping me very busy
It's official! I'm going to work for the NOAH center as an animal care specialist 😊 I start January 3rd as a full-time employee!
Just got a call from a humane society offering me a job! I can't believe it! Two offers in one day 😍 guess I need to call Petco and let them know I can't work for them....
Guess I'm employed now. Starting at Petco tomorrow!
Some of the places that I applied to more than a month ago are finally getting back to me. They arent interested in hiring me but at least I know!
My interview went well today! Ended up interviewing for two positions because they said I was qualified for more than i originally applied for, so that's nice :)
Playing the sax and flute again is being back some good band memories!
Tomorrow I have an interview for two different positions at the humane society! I'm not sure I'm very qualified so I'll just try and wow them with my winning personality 😋

These last 20 minutes have been an emotional rollercoaster! Got rejected from Barnes and Noble so I was feeling like 💩 but then I got a call from the Noah center for an interview!
Getting a working Visa is not a cheap or easy process. And it isn't helped by the fact that I can't even be considered for a job outside the country without one
First time decorating a Christmas tree in at least four years. Being home has it's perks :)
Yesterday wasn't very productive but today was much better. Applied for 3 jobs that would use my bachelor's degree and went in for an interview at petco and dropped off a resume at Barnes & Noble. Hopefully something good will come from all of this
I went out to lunch, did some shopping, AND went to a holiday fund raiser event to look at fancy Christmas's trees. I've really earned this nap

I don't even want the humane society job anymore. It's customer service and that's not really what I want. I wouldn't be working with animals. It's in bham and renting there is real expensive and im ready for a new adventure somewhere else. Also they rejected me so like whatever.

Just had my interview at the humane society and It went well! Also got me really excited about the job 😁 I know I probably shouldn't get my hopes up but they are waaaay up. Like, all the way up.
Going to a coffee shop to apply for jobs is so much better than staying at home. I get to treat myself to coffee and people watch when I'm taking a break :) plus I don't get distracted with tv and games and napping....
I have an interview set up for Saturday! There is another person interviewing the same day....
