I'm going to an "anger management class". No, not because anyone thinks I need to. I want to try and understand what drives people to get so angry they take it out on others, as I've recently been assaulted by someone who lives a very angry life. I want to hear people's stories first-hand so I can find some solace in all of this.

This is me trying to do the right thing. I hope this makes sense.
