Anyone else notice that either the timestamps (?) and/or notifications are all out of whack?
Nah, I'm seeing notifications from several hours ago just show up above stuff from say, 3 minutes ago.
Or not seeing some notifications at all, unless I click back on my original #toot.

@Averly @CobaltVelvet Oh well I guess that is the remote instance and/or the local instance that is to blame. (overload for example)
@Averly @CobaltVelvet @lanodan_wtch some of it's definitely delays and queues between instances; some of it may just be Software is Weird
@Averly @lanodan_wtch I can't see such a backlog on Octodon, but it happend with a few other servers. I'm hoping I'm the only one that works correctly :p
@lanodan_wtch @Averly @CobaltVelvet I think it's a scaling issue. It's been a tiny problem for a few days but getting progressively worse. Not with individual instances, but with black/whitelists, server synchronisation and the whole federation thing.
I'm sure that cleverer people than me can work it out though.
