I think sometimes. Like...
How the future continuously becomes the present and the present continuously becomes the past, so what do we have left?
Just… now. That’s all of it. Right now.
Every single little detail bundled into an ever-changing single state of now. And somewhere deep in that kettle is a symphony of life, writing ballads of stateless love.
@Averly
Thats right!
Good morning
@bumbar Morning! 🌞
@Averly
Did you sleep some or not at all?
@bumbar Not at all. I am laying down though, with the lights out, playing make-believe for what it's worth 😊
@Averly
I did everything as usual, drank some more coffee, went hunting for food as usual, and everything, made some screenrecording and placed it on youtube, not that I do that often or at all, just enjoying some quality time with my computer, enjoying software and data...
did I just say that?...🤔
@bumbar I think my software is corrupt, although the data is still intact 😉👍🏼
@Averly
beware, I'm doing some screen recording for my record rightnow...👓
@Averly
Thats what I meant, I thought I was doing...
So anyway, I put this video on youtube - it doesn't feature Mastodon, though, but there are already plenty of videos with Mastodon...https://youtu.be/U-PBswB_GwI
@bumbar Sweet! Someday I'll learn, or maybe you can teach me 😊 Music was great! I need something to drift me away... 🌌
@Averly
What everyone needs to do is to take longer breaks from sitting in front of the screen, be it at work or at home, or in the train or bus looking at their mobile...
This is really good for the sanity part, I know, because I took a break for about 2 months this year, I've only watched a little tv, but no phone, no computer...really a good method to get rid of the constant engagement of the brain torture...
@Averly
And if you are in front of the computer, then make it count, learn something new, be creative, use computer as a tool...to many people are forced to do repetitive tasks in front of the screen, so automate everything that can be, and let humans do what they want...whats sad about people is that when they leave work, they repeat the same procedure they did at work, in a similair form, at home...
@bumbar Oh no. No more computer if I don't absolutely have to. After 17 years of 80 hour weeks on the computer... I'm already considering a dumb phone. I just want my typewriter to be more portable and I'm good.
@Averly
I hear you...
I'm also worried about the fact that all common android phones have the ability to spy on you, so I am also considering switching to a dumb phone for all the calling stuff, and use a smartphone only if I can't avoid it...argh...😡
C'est la vie!
@Averly so cool
