How is it that my husband can fall asleep seconds after his head hits the pillow?! It takes me at least an hour. It used to take a couple hours, but then I discovered melatonin. It doesn't help that I have tinnitus. I've never really been a good sleeper, though. I have trouble turning my brain off.
@feb2772 Oh I wish I could do that! I rarely sleep, if at all. But that's just the #insomnialife 🤷🏻
