Mastodon makes me feel worse about myself pretty much every time I come online, about things of which I have no control. Being depressed is bad enough. Anxiety doesn't help.
Having a decidedly nonwhite name has made every part of the rest of my life difficult enough, but now I get shit online because I don't use an anime for a face.

I often get confused about life every time I read other people's posts. Mostly because I find it hard to understand or relate to stuff that seems so natural for them.
On the other hand...
I think I speak for a lot of people in saying there's no reason to feel worse when we all love you just the way you are. At least, I know I do. And I really enjoy you here. You're one of the coolest, most nicest people I know.
Don't ever change and keep being an amazing human.
