@Ashdroid I use Twidere as my Twitter app, it doesn't pull any of that nonsense. Recommend, if you are on Android.

@RexfordGTugwell @Ashdroid Seconding Twidere, although it's missing a few features that aren't exposed via the public API (which is a whole separate GRRRRR by itself).

@tobascodagama @Ashdroid Yeah, it's not *perfect*, but I feel like it allows much better interaction with Twitter than Twitter itself allows.

I am very much enjoying Mastodon, but the birdsite is still meeting some areas of interest to me, so a good interface is nice.
