@ben0_o @Angle They have a no ad policy, are pretty privacy conscious, don't try to upsell you, and your domain is *yours*. I like them a lot. I definitely recommend getting whois protection (regardless of registrar); ICANN requires public registration information, but whois protection masks your name/email/mail address.
@koos @fenwick67 Better than my current experience. My desktop consistently refuses to wake from sleep. Power returns, lights come in, fans start up, but it never gets to the login screen. Have to hard restart it. So annoying.

The "power light" used to be such a useful and consistent user experience pattern. Light on => oh it's on.
Now the light is on when a device is off, or it might blink when turning on (or off), sometimes it changes colors from orange to white, who even knows anymore.
Windows 10 S will only allow you to run apps from the Microsoft Store, which means you can't run iTunes or Chrome, unless you pay US$49 to upgrade it into an actual Windows.
I'm fairly sure RMS warned us around 20 years ago that this kind of stuff was coming, and people laughed and said 'that's paranoia, they'll never lock the desktop down that far'.
