After we handed back #English midterms, a student asked me why one of her answers was wrong. She didn't understanding how passives work with prepositions.

To help her beyond a one-time explanation, I quickly wrote up a sheet with some example sentence patterns and their #Japanese translations.

When I gave her the sheet, she reacted like I'd performed magic in front of her.

I hope someday she realizes SHE can be #bilingual too.
