i actually really like discord's colloquial changelogs and error messages and stuff tbh, it feels friendly and fun at least for me??? slack does it too and that's probly my fave thing about slack

on the other hoof you have tumblr, which tries to use the same cutesy style but is absurdly terrible at it. tumblr is awful

for some reason that previous post syndicated to mastodon without a link back to the original post on my own site?? maybe it was too short to include one or something, i don't know

the facebook and twitter syndications went just fine though, thanks brid.gy

switched the facebook and twitter syndication over to brid.gy instead of silo.pub, hopefully that'll work a little more reliably? still gotta use silo.pub for github and tumblr though, OH WELL????
