@00dani Yesterday I was like crawling through a desert by the end of the day. And couldn't work out why.
Then realised all I'd had was a cup of hot chocolate. Which was heavy on the chocolate.
But I've remembered my cup and juice today! 😇

@geekylou well i mean, all the spiro does is make u need more water than u would otherwise? forgetting to actually drink the water i need is entirely my own problem :0
